- Perform a variety of laboratory tasks, including but not limited to specimen processing, data entry, and equipment maintenance.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the proper collection and handling of specimens.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in quality control and assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any potential hazards or incidents to management.

Certified Medical Laboratory Assistant (Cmla) Or Equivalent Certification From A Recognized Organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Biology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Proficiency In Laboratory Equipment And Procedures, Including Specimen Collection, Processing, And Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment.
