  1. Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the Neurology Clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  2. Serve as a liaison between the neurology team and other departments within the healthcare system to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Oversee the medical assisting staff and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct training and orientation for new medical assistants, as well as ongoing education for existing staff to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Assist in the recruitment and selection process of new medical assistants to maintain a highly skilled and cohesive team.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels to support the clinic's needs.
  7. Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely submission of patient claims and resolve any billing issues.
  8. Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
  9. Provide direct patient care as needed, including taking vitals, collecting specimens, and assisting with procedures.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve clinic processes and procedures to enhance patient experience and optimize efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Medical Office Or Clinic Setting, Preferably In Neurology.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Documentation.

  • Strong Leadership And Organizational Skills.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records Systems And Microsoft Office.
