Manager, Clinic Operations
Manages the overall day-to-day operations of a defined clinical practice within ESA. Coordinates activities within the Practice to maintain an effective operating environment. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines. In conjunction with Practice leadership, is accountable for activities that will enhance operational efficiencies (including the use of EeMR), improve patient satisfaction and result in cost effective healthcare solutions. Evaluates Practice operations and workflow performance and makes necessary improvements. Manages the achievement of Practice performance targets and financial goals in alignment with local physician leadership and ESA leadership.
A Master's degree in related field may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
2-4 years healthcare operations, business or administrative experience required, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
