  • Collaborate with lab staff to maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
  • Ensure proper sanitation and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations
  • Manage inventory of lab supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of lab equipment, including calibration and routine maintenance
  • Coordinate and schedule lab appointments and procedures for patients
  • Communicate with patients and their families to provide information and answer questions about lab procedures and results
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of lab procedures, results, and patient information
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of lab samples
  • Adhere to all safety and quality control standards in the laboratory
  • Continuously monitor and improve lab processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and regulations related to laboratory procedures and equipment
  • Train and supervise new lab support staff as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science, Or Medical Technology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Support Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Equipment, As Well As Understanding Of Quality Control And Safety Protocols.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Medical Record Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
