Job Description

Responsible for analyzing, trending, and presenting production metrics for EHC Imaging Services. Resolve workflow issues at one or more EHC Imaging Services sites including: EUH, EUHM, EUOSH, WW, and TEC. Communicates with Physician Leaders and Administrators the opportunities for improving EHC Imaging Services workflow. Works with manager to formulate plan for professional development. Attends educational in-services as appropriate. Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments. Renews ARRT licensure and updates certification to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a bi-annual basis. Create action plans to improve EHC Imaging Services Workflow. Employee will analyze the Imaging Dashboards to identify opportunities to improve turn around time (TAT) for radiologists and technologists. Maintains accurate notes in remedy and weekly work logs for reporting purposes. Coordinates with Imaging Application Services to resolve tickets that are a result of workflow issues and application / technical issues.

Job Qualifications

Three years of experience in imaging services department with strong knowledge of imaging workflow, imaging modalities, and medical anatomy
Experience in application systems/administration beneficial
Current registry certificate from the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) preferred
