  1. Conduct HLA testing and analysis using cutting-edge technology to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  2. Ensure accuracy and precision in all HLA testing processes in order to provide the highest quality of patient care.
  3. Maintain proficiency in HLA testing techniques and stay updated on advancements in technology and methodologies.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate HLA test results and contribute to patient treatment plans.
  5. Adhere to all quality control and quality assurance protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  6. Handle and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all HLA testing procedures, results, and patient information.
  8. Participate in research and development activities to improve HLA testing methods and protocols.
  9. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new laboratory tests and procedures.
  10. Train and mentor new HLA technologists to ensure proficiency and adherence to laboratory standards.
  11. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field.

  • Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) By A Recognized Accrediting Agency, Such As Ascp Or Amt.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, With A Focus On Hla Testing.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Hla Typing Techniques, Including Pcr, Sequencing, And Serological Methods.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Accurately Interpret And Report Hla Test Results.
