Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Team-Oriented Environment.
Certified Hemodialysis Technician (Cht) Credential From A Recognized Certification Organization Such As The Board Of Nephrology Examiners Nursing And Technology (Bonent) Or The National Nephrology Certification Organization (Nnco).
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience As A Hemodialysis Technician Or Related Field In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Hemodialysis Procedures, Equipment, And Patient Care Protocols.
Knowledge Of Infection Control And Safety Protocols, As Well As The Ability To Adhere To All Regulatory And Accreditation Requirements For Hemodialysis Treatment.
