  1. Provide technical support and expertise for the EPIC electronic health record system.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the system meets their requirements.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the EPIC system, including identifying and implementing solutions.
  4. Keep up-to-date with EPIC updates and new features, and provide training and support to users.
  5. Ensure data integrity and security of the EPIC system through regular audits and maintenance.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for the EPIC system.
  7. Assist with the implementation of new EPIC modules and upgrades.
  8. Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, IT, and EPIC to enhance system functionality and usability.
  9. Conduct regular system testing to identify and resolve any system errors or issues.
  10. Remain current on industry trends and best practices in electronic health record systems.
  11. Collaborate with other EPIC analysts to share knowledge and provide support as needed.
  12. Act as a resource for end-users, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
  13. Participate in meetings and trainings to stay informed about organizational changes and updates.
  14. Adhere to all HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines related to the use and security of electronic health records.
  15. Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Electronic Medical Record Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Workflows And Processes.

  • Epic Certification In One Or More Modules.

  • Ability To Communicate Effectively With Interdisciplinary Teams And Provide Training And Support To End-Users.
