- Perform in-depth analysis of current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions using EPIC.
- Configure and customize EPIC to meet the specific needs of our organization, ensuring maximum efficiency and usability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Train end-users on how to effectively use EPIC, including creating training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to EPIC, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest EPIC updates, upgrades, and features, and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure smooth integration of EPIC with other systems and applications.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop and implement reporting and data analysis tools within EPIC.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of EPIC and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and regulations to ensure EPIC compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between end-users and the IT department to communicate any changes, updates, or issues related to EPIC.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates on EPIC implementation and progress.
- Continuously assess and improve the user experience of EPIC for both patients and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations in handling patient information within EPIC.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Or Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Electronic Health Records System.
