- Provide high-quality and compassionate patient-centered care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs, and take appropriate action to address any changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with education and support during their stay in the Emergency Department.
- Remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple patients at once.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document all interventions and treatments.
- Serve as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with emergency medicine best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to continuously improve and streamline processes in the Emergency Department.
- Demonstrate a strong dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families.

Active Rn License In The State Of Georgia.
Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications.
Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Emergency Department.
