- Perform embryological procedures, including oocyte retrieval, sperm preparation, fertilization, embryo culture, and embryo transfer
- Monitor and record embryo development and growth
- Maintain strict adherence to laboratory protocols and procedures
- Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and storage of all specimens
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and precision of laboratory equipment and procedures
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all procedures, test results, and patient information
- Provide counseling and support to patients regarding their fertility treatment options
- Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of embryology
- Train and mentor new embryologists and laboratory staff

- Adhere to all safety and ethical guidelines in the laboratory and with patient care.
Advanced Degree In Embryology Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Research Setting Working With Human Embryos.
Proficiency In Various Techniques And Procedures Used In Assisted Reproductive Technology, Such As Embryo Biopsy, Cryopreservation, And Micromanipulation.
Strong Understanding Of Reproductive Biology And Genetics, Including Knowledge Of Current Ethical And Legal Considerations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Effectively Communicate With Patients And Their Families.
