Director, Patient Care Practice

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of clinical practice, as well as demonstrated experience in developing and implementing clinical practice models, policies, and procedures for the delivery of patient care. The candidate must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and motivate teams, and the ability to think strategically and analytically. A master’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the patient care practice team to ensure successful operations and the delivery of high-quality care.
2. Develop and implement clinical practice models, policies, and procedures for the delivery of patient care.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
4. Evaluate the quality of patient care services and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Monitor the performance of staff and provide feedback and coaching to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
6. Develop and manage budgets to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
8. Actively participate in team meetings and other professional development activities.
9. Participate in strategic planning and provide leadership in the development of new initiatives and programs.
