- Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions that will transform patient care within Emory Healthcare.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing cutting-edge technologies and processes.
- Foster a culture of creativity and openness to new ideas within the Health Innovation Hub.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in the healthcare industry, and use this knowledge to drive the evolution of the Health Innovation Hub.
- Develop and manage a budget for the Health Innovation Hub, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry partners.
- Drive the development and execution of a strategic plan for the Health Innovation Hub, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of Emory Healthcare.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and impact of the Health Innovation Hub initiatives.
- Identify potential areas for growth and expansion of the Health Innovation Hub, and make recommendations for future projects and partnerships.
- Serve as a thought leader and spokesperson for the Health Innovation Hub, promoting its vision and impact within the organization and to external audiences.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members within the Health Innovation Hub, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the Health Innovation Hub and make adjustments as needed to ensure its success.
A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Innovation And Strategy Development, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
A Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends And The Ability To Identify And Evaluate New Technologies And Innovations That Have The Potential To Improve Patient Care And Outcomes.
A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Physicians, Researchers, Industry Partners, And Government Agencies.
A Graduate Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. A Clinical Background And/Or Experience In A Healthcare Research Setting Is Also Highly Desirable.
