- Monitor and track financial performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the revenue cycle team to optimize revenue and minimize denials.
- Drive financial success by continuously seeking opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.

Extensive Experience In Financial Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of At Least 10 Years In Financial Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Principles, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, Financial Operations, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team. They Should Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Strategic Decisions.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Finance: In Addition To A General Understanding Of Financial Management, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Unique Financial Challenges And Regulations In The Healthcare Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Healthcare Reimbursement Models, Budgeting Processes, And Financial Reporting Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Director, Financial Operations Will Need To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Executive Leadership, Physicians, And Department Heads. They Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships, Facilitate Effective Communication, And Negotiate With Stakeholders.
