Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the data science team, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful completion of projects.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive value to the organization.
Guide the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
Monitor data-driven technologies and ensure they are up-to-date and optimized.
Analyze complex healthcare data to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
Work with stakeholders to ensure data-driven solutions are in line with organizational goals.
Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders.
Mentor and motivate data science team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data science.
Develop strategies and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
