  1. Provide exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments.
  2. Monitor patients' vital signs and identify any changes or concerns.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  4. Educate patients on self-care techniques to promote self-management and independence.
  5. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of patient care.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
  13. Maintain a professional and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
  14. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in patient care.
  15. Attend staff meetings and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  16. Serve as an advocate for patients and their needs.
  17. Handle emergency situations and respond quickly and appropriately.
  18. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  19. Support a positive and collaborative work environment.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn Licensure In The State Of Georgia And Active Bls Certification.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Setting, With At Least 1 Year Of Experience In Dialysis.

  • Knowledge Of Dialysis Procedures, Equipment, And Medications.

  • Ability To Assess, Plan, Implement, And Evaluate Patient Care In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
