- Design and develop data infrastructure and systems to support the healthcare operations of Emory Healthcare.
- Maintain and optimize existing data infrastructure and systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to meet business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement strategies for data acquisition, integration, and transformation from various sources.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to identify and resolve any issues.
- Develop and implement data quality and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and healthcare to drive innovation within the organization.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Mentor and coach junior data engineers to support their professional development.

- Continuously evaluate and improve data processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Or A Similar Role.
Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And Java.
Extensive Experience With Database Management Systems, Data Warehousing, And Data Modeling.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Data Solutions.
