Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Data Analytics Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative product solutions that leverage data and analytics to support our strategic objectives. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who is ready to take on a leadership role and make an impact in the healthcare industry.To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have: • A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a focus on data and analytics • A track record of delivering successful projects on time and on budget • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain complex concepts • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams • Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar • Experience in Agile development methodology We welcome applicants who are passionate about using data and analytics to develop innovative solutions that will make a difference in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the roadmap of data analytics products and initiatives • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify product opportunities • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align data analytics strategies with business objectives • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape • Create product requirements specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data analytics products • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver data analytics products on time and on budget • Define and execute product testing and quality assurance plans • Monitor product performance and usage to identify areas for improvement • Communicate product updates and releases to stakeholders • Develop and implement processes for collecting customer feedback and incorporating it into product development • Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to create insights and drive product decisions
