  1. Provide expert advice and counsel on all employee relations matters, including but not limited to conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace behavior.
  2. Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and unbiased outcomes.
  4. Stay up-to-date on relevant HR policies, laws, and regulations and ensure compliance in all employee relations matters.
  5. Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues.
  6. Conduct trainings and workshops for managers and employees on topics related to employee relations and HR policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee relations cases and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
  8. Act as a liaison between employees and management, effectively communicating employee concerns and advocating for fair and equitable treatment.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external resources to assist in resolving complex employee relations issues.
  10. Continuously assess and improve employee relations processes and procedures to enhance the employee experience and promote a culture of respect and fairness.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Employee Relations Or Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Counsel Employees At All Levels.

  • Experience Conducting Investigations And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
