- Provide specialized pharmaceutical care for patients undergoing kidney transplant procedures.

Doctorate Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution.
Completion Of A Specialized Residency Or Fellowship In Transplant Pharmacy.
Current And Active Pharmacist License In The State Of Georgia.
Board Certification In Transplant Pharmacy (Bcnp) From The Board Of Pharmacy Specialties (Bps).
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Pharmacist In A Kidney Transplant Setting.
