  1. Assist in the planning and development of clinical research studies, including protocol development, study design, and budgeting.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and ethical standards for conducting clinical research.
  3. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the research study, including recruitment, enrollment, data collection, and follow-up.
  4. Communicate with study participants, healthcare providers, and research team members to ensure smooth and efficient study operations.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and regulatory documents.
  6. Monitor study progress and identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and research teams to ensure the successful completion of multi-center studies.
  8. Participate in data analysis and interpretation, as well as manuscript preparation and submission.
  9. Attend and participate in research team meetings and educational seminars to stay informed of new developments and best practices in clinical research.
  10. Act as a liaison between the research team and external stakeholders, such as sponsors, regulatory agencies, and institutional review boards.
  11. Assist with the development and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all study-related information.
  13. Adhere to all Emory Healthcare policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of clinical research studies.
  15. Uphold the mission and values of Emory Healthcare and promote a positive image of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Biology, Public Health, Nursing)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Work With Diverse Groups Of People.
