  1. Conduct and manage clinical research studies in compliance with regulatory guidelines and study protocols.
  2. Collaborate with principal investigators and study team to develop and implement research plans.
  3. Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants in a timely and ethical manner.
  4. Ensure informed consent process is properly conducted and documented.
  5. Coordinate study visits and procedures, including scheduling and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
  6. Collect, record, and analyze data accurately and efficiently.
  7. Monitor and report adverse events and protocol deviations to the appropriate parties.
  8. Maintain and organize study documents and records.
  9. Prepare and submit required study reports and documents, such as progress reports and regulatory submissions.
  10. Communicate effectively with study team, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
  11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of study protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of study participants and their data.
  13. Ensure study compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  14. Train and oversee study staff and other healthcare professionals involved in the research.
  15. Contribute to the development and improvement of study protocols and procedures.
  16. Participate in study meetings and presentations, providing updates and insights on study progress.
  17. Adhere to Emory Healthcare's mission, vision, and values, and promote a patient-centered approach in all aspects of the job.
  18. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Nursing, Biology, Public Health)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations Related To Clinical Research

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Stakeholders

  • Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Software, Such As Redcap Or Spss, And Electronic Medical Records Systems
