Clinical Pharmacist

This individual will be an integral part of our team and will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services that are in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who is passionate about providing excellent patient care, and who is able to work both independently and collaboratively.The successful candidate should have excellent clinical skills, be able to think critically and analytically, and be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately. They must also have a strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and clinical pathways, and be able to effectively communicate with team members, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
