Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution: A Clinical Nurse Specialist Registered Nurse At Emory Healthcare Must Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited University Or College.

  • Current Rn Licensure In The State Of Georgia: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Active Rn License In The State Of Georgia To Practice As A Clinical Nurse Specialist Registered Nurse At Emory Healthcare.

  • Certification As A Clinical Nurse Specialist: The Candidate Must Have A Current Certification As A Clinical Nurse Specialist From A Recognized Nursing Certification Agency, Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The American Association Of Critical-Care Nurses (Aacn).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Nurse Specialist: The Candidate Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Clinical Nurse Specialist In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Similar Role Or Specialty.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Collaborate With Healthcare Teams And Patients. They Must Also Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Lead And Mentor Other Nurses.
