  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans based on their medical conditions, allergies, and lifestyle.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  3. Educate patients and their families on the importance of nutrition and how to make healthy dietary choices to improve their overall health and well-being.
  4. Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their care plans as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and incorporate this knowledge into practice.
  6. Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines to provide the highest quality care and improve patient outcomes.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  8. Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including HIPAA, in the delivery of patient care.
  9. Participate in departmental meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills, and contribute ideas for improving patient care and department operations.
  10. Serve as a resource for other healthcare professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing compassionate and empathetic care to all patients and their families.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development to enhance performance and contribute to the success of the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Rdn) Certification From The Commission On Dietetic Registration (Cdr).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Dietitian In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Nutrition And Dietetics Guidelines, As Well As Medical Nutrition Therapy For Various Disease Conditions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team To Provide Patient-Centered Care.
