
Cardiac ICU Unit Charge Nurse

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Cardiac ICU unit, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure high-quality patient care by monitoring and evaluating the performance of the nursing team and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Is Required For This Position, As It Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice.
Current Rn License In The State Of Georgia: The Candidate Must Possess A Current, Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Georgia, As Well As Cpr And Acls Certifications.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cardiac Icu: The Ideal Candidate Will Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Cardiac Icu Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Critical Care Principles And Procedures.
Leadership And Management Experience: The Charge Nurse In The Cardiac Icu Must Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Make Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide The Best Care For Patients.
