Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of our team will be essential in this role.To be successful in this position, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed a recognized Anesthesia Technologist training program.   13. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on anesthesia techniques and technology.
  14. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.

  16. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification: All Candidates Must Possess A Valid Certification As An Anesthesia Technologist Through An Accredited Organization Such As The American Society Of Anesthesia Technologists And Technicians (Asatt).

  • Education: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Required For This Position. However, Candidates With An Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Management Or Anesthesia Technology Will Be Given Preference.

  • Experience: At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In The Anesthesia Department, Is Required For This Role. Candidates With Experience In Operating And Maintaining Anesthesia Equipment And Monitoring Patient Vital Signs Will Be Highly Considered.

  • Knowledge Of Anesthesia Equipment: Candidates Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Anesthesia Equipment, Including How To Set Up, Operate, Troubleshoot, And Maintain Them. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Types Of Anesthesia Machines, Ventilators, And Monitoring Devices.

  • Attention To Detail: Anesthesia Technologists Must Have A High Level Of Attention To Detail In Order To Accurately Set Up And Prepare Equipment, Monitor Patient Vital Signs, And Assist The Anesthesia Team During Procedures. The Ability To Follow Strict Protocols And Maintain A Sterile Environment Is Also Crucial For This Role.
