- Conduct research and experiments to contribute to the development of innovative pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with a team of scientists to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
- Stay up-to-date with current scientific literature and developments in the field to inform research projects.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize experimental protocols.
- Communicate research findings and progress to team members, management, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of scientific reports, publications, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, data, and results.
- Follow and implement laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in project planning and strategy discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to chemists, biologists, and clinicians.
- Mentor and train junior scientists and laboratory personnel.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of laboratory protocols and processes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences and events.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Conducting Research In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Executing Successful Experiments And Data Analysis.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Drug Discovery And Development Process, Including Preclinical And Clinical Phases.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings To Both Scientific And Non-Scientific Audiences.
