A Phd In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Extensive Experience In Conducting And Managing Research Projects, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Demonstrated Ability To Design And Execute Experiments And Analyze Complex Data.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
