- Monitor and evaluate adverse events and safety data associated with Eli Lilly and Company's pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and processes.
- Conduct thorough and timely investigation of potential safety issues.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, clinical research, and medical affairs.
- Analyze safety data and provide recommendations for risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain pharmacovigilance systems and processes to ensure effective safety monitoring.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in pharmacovigilance regulations.
- Participate in the development and review of safety-related documents, including risk management plans and periodic safety reports.
- Train and educate colleagues on pharmacovigilance processes and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the pharmacovigilance department.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Pharmacovigilance Or Drug Safety Role In The Pharmaceutical Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Global Pharmacovigilance Regulations And Guidelines, Including Fda And Ema Requirements
Experience With Safety Databases And Adverse Event Reporting, Such As Argus And Arisg
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders
