- Monitor and analyze safety data for all Eli Lilly pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety and efficacy of products.
- Report adverse events to regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct thorough investigations of reported adverse events and provide recommendations for risk management strategies.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for pharmacovigilance activities.
- Stay current on relevant regulations and guidelines related to pharmacovigilance and drug safety.
- Communicate safety information and updates to internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Participate in safety review meetings and provide input on risk-benefit assessments for products.
- Identify and escalate potential safety issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations.
- Train and mentor junior pharmacovigilance staff.
- Continuously evaluate and improve pharmacovigilance processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all pharmacovigilance activities.
- Represent Eli Lilly at external meetings and conferences related to pharmacovigilance.
- Adhere to company values and ethical standards in all job duties and interactions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, Or Clinical Research In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge Of Global Pharmacovigilance Regulations And Guidelines, Including Ich, Fda, And Ema.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Assess And Evaluate Safety Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
