- Monitor and evaluate the safety profile of Eli Lilly and Company's products.
- Adhere to all pharmacovigilance regulations and processes.
- Conduct thorough and timely analysis of adverse event reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety data is accurately collected, documented, and reported.
- Communicate safety findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify potential safety issues and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Stay up-to-date with current pharmacovigilance practices and regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of safety processes and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on pharmacovigilance best practices.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all safety-related activities.
- Assist in preparing safety reports for regulatory submissions.
- Support inspections and audits related to pharmacovigilance.
- Collaborate with medical affairs and clinical teams to ensure safety data is integrated into product development plans.
- Participate in safety monitoring and risk management activities for marketed products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to pharmacovigilance.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Nursing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pharmacovigilance Or Drug Safety
Knowledge Of Fda And International Regulations And Guidelines For Pharmacovigilance
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams
