- Conducting thorough and timely review of adverse event reports for all products within the company's portfolio.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pharmacovigilance databases and tracking systems.
- Identifying and evaluating potential safety issues and reporting them to appropriate regulatory authorities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.
- Providing support for product risk management activities, including signal detection and risk-benefit assessments.
- Developing and implementing pharmacovigilance training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participating in the development and review of product labeling and safety information.
- Responding to inquiries and requests from regulatory agencies, healthcare professionals, and patients regarding product safety.
- Conducting periodic safety reviews and presenting findings to management.
- Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to pharmacovigilance.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of safety reports to regulatory authorities.
- Collaborating with global pharmacovigilance teams to ensure consistency and alignment of processes and procedures.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of pharmacovigilance processes and systems.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of patient safety and risk management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Pharmacovigilance Or Drug Safety, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Pharmacovigilance Regulations And Guidelines, Including Experience With Fda And Ema Requirements.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Evaluate Complex Safety Data.
