- Monitor and analyze adverse events associated with Eli Lilly and Company's products.
- Proactively report any potential safety concerns to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review safety data and make recommendations for product labeling and risk management strategies.
- Conduct thorough and timely case evaluations, including data entry and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all pharmacovigilance activities.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and patients to gather additional information on adverse events.
- Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacovigilance processes and procedures.
- Stay current on industry developments and regulatory changes related to pharmacovigilance.
- Foster a culture of patient safety and quality within the organization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the pharmacovigilance system.
- Train and mentor other team members on pharmacovigilance principles and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
- Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to pharmacovigilance.
- Act as a subject matter expert for pharmacovigilance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Pharmacovigilance Or Drug Safety, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Global Pharmacovigilance Regulations And Guidelines (E.g. Fda, Ema, Ich).
Excellent Communication And Writing Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
