- Monitor and report adverse events associated with Eli Lilly and Company's products.
- Implement and maintain pharmacovigilance systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of reported adverse events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to patient safety.
- Communicate and provide updates on pharmacovigilance activities to internal stakeholders and external regulatory agencies.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for pharmacovigilance processes.
- Stay up-to-date on pharmacovigilance regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Train and educate team members on pharmacovigilance processes and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of pharmacovigilance activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to pharmacovigilance.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of pharmacovigilance activities and reports.
- Act as a subject matter expert on pharmacovigilance for internal and external inquiries.
- Collaborate with global pharmacovigilance teams to ensure consistency and alignment in processes and procedures.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all pharmacovigilance activities.
- Contribute to the overall mission and goals of Eli Lilly and Company by promoting patient safety and product quality.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Pharmacovigilance Or Drug Safety In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge Of International Regulations And Guidelines Related To Pharmacovigilance, Such As Ich, Fda, And Ema.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks Associated With Pharmaceutical Products.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
