  1. Promote and market our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in a professional and ethical manner.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and sales.
  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our medications.
  4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure consistent and effective messaging to healthcare professionals.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  9. Attend industry conferences and events to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients.
  10. Continuously educate yourself on our products and their uses, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  12. Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Keep track of sales metrics and report on sales performance regularly.
  14. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support each other in achieving individual and team goals.
  15. Represent the company's values and mission in all interactions with healthcare professionals and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Or Marketing.

  • Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information.

  • Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And Familiarity With Eli Lilly And Company's Products.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Meet Sales Targets, While Also Being A Team Player And Collaborating With Colleagues.
