  1. Promote Eli Lilly and Company's products to healthcare professionals in order to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and provide education on their proper use.
  3. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote our products to potential customers.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the pharmaceutical market to effectively position our products and anticipate customer needs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  6. Utilize sales data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales plans.
  7. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals to showcase the unique features and benefits of our products.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using designated CRM tools.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company.
  11. Represent Eli Lilly and Company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  12. Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  14. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  15. Travel to designated territories as needed to meet with customers and promote our products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Science, Biology, Or Marketing.

  • Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
