  1. Act as a brand ambassador for Eli Lilly, promoting our products and values to healthcare professionals and potential customers.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our products.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market changes to effectively position our products in the market.
  5. Utilize sales strategies and techniques to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  6. Continuously analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company, such as marketing and medical affairs, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  8. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events as needed.
  9. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  10. Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines for pharmaceutical sales, including compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  11. Continuously develop and expand knowledge of our products, industry, and sales techniques through training and professional development opportunities.
  12. Travel to various locations within assigned territory to meet with customers and attend meetings and events.
  13. Serve as a resource for customers, providing support and assistance as needed.
  14. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the sales department and the company as a whole.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Marketing, Business, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In A Similar Therapeutic Area.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Knowledge Of Drug Development, Regulatory Processes, And Market Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Present Information To Healthcare Professionals.
