  1. Research and gather scientific and medical information related to our products, including clinical trial data, drug mechanisms, and safety profiles.
  2. Write and edit accurate and engaging scientific documents, including clinical study reports, manuscripts, and regulatory submissions, in compliance with company and industry guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as clinical development, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure the accuracy and consistency of scientific and medical information.
  4. Participate in the development of clinical trial protocols, study designs, and other scientific communications.
  5. Conduct literature searches and reviews to support the development of evidence-based scientific documents.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical and scientific developments in the relevant therapeutic areas, and apply this knowledge to the creation of high-quality documents.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures, in all written materials.
  8. Provide support for scientific and medical presentations, including creating slides and reviewing content for accuracy.
  9. Collaborate with external partners, such as contract research organizations (CROs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs), to ensure the timely and accurate completion of writing projects.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of document templates, style guides, and other resources to support the writing process.
  11. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on writing projects, as well as provide input and suggestions for continuous improvement of processes.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all written and verbal communications.
  13. Contribute to the company's mission and values by promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Represent Eli Lilly and Company at scientific conferences and other events, as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacology.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Experience In Technical Writing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Medical Writing, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.

  • Experience In Managing And Prioritizing Multiple Writing Projects Simultaneously, With A Keen Attention To Detail And Adherence To Timelines.
