- Ensure accuracy and scientific integrity of all written materials, adhering to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical experts and marketing professionals, to create informative and impactful medical content.
- Stay current on industry trends, medical advancements, and regulatory changes to inform written materials.
- Edit and proofread written materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
- Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Translate complex scientific and medical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-medical audiences.
- Maintain and update medical writing templates, style guides, and other reference materials.
- Continuously improve and enhance writing skills, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.
- Assist with the development and review of medical education materials, including slide decks, posters, and training materials.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns related to written materials.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert on medical writing and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Support the company's mission of improving patient care and advancing medical knowledge through accurate and impactful medical writing.
A Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.
Strong Understanding Of Scientific And Medical Terminology.
Excellent Written Communication Skills And Ability To Translate Complex Medical Information Into Clear And Concise Language.
Experience In Medical Writing, Including Preparing Clinical Study Reports, Regulatory Submissions, And Publications.
Familiarity With Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Medical Writing In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
