- Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and other resources to support the consistent and efficient creation of medical writing materials.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to accurately translate technical information into layman's terms.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Continuously improve and streamline processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of medical writing activities.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all written materials and interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Medicine, Or Pharmacy.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Writing Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
In-Depth Understanding Of Clinical Research And Drug Development Processes.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Scientific Information.
Familiarity With Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Clinical Trial Documentation, Such As Fda And Ich Guidelines.
