- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, marketers, and regulatory professionals, to gather and synthesize information for document creation.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company and industry guidelines in all written materials.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of evidence-based medical documents.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in medical writing to continuously improve document quality and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Review and edit documents written by other team members for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company style and standards.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure visual elements and formatting are aligned with the content and intended audience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with sensitive data and information.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and provide constructive feedback to improve document quality and team efficiency.
- Actively seek feedback and incorporate it into future writing projects to continuously improve writing skills and document quality.
- Represent the company and its values while interacting with external stakeholders, including authors, subject matter experts, and regulatory bodies.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical writing, including avoiding plagiarism and disclosing potential conflicts of interest.
- Support the company's mission and goals by contributing to the development of life-changing medicines and improving patient outcomes through high-quality medical writing.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Life Science, Healthcare, Or Medical Writing-Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Writing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Familiarity With Industry Guidelines And Regulations, Such As Ich-Gcp And Fda Guidelines.
Excellent Written Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Medical And Scientific Information To Diverse Audiences.
Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
