- Write and edit high-quality, scientifically accurate materials such as clinical study reports, scientific posters, manuscripts, and regulatory documents for internal and external audiences.
- Ensure that all written materials adhere to company and industry standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements and the company's style and branding guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the scientific and clinical data related to our products and effectively communicate key messages to various audiences.
- Collaborate with medical and scientific experts to ensure the accuracy and clarity of information in all written materials.
- Conduct thorough research and literature reviews to support the development of evidence-based content.
- Stay current with the latest advancements and developments in the pharmaceutical industry, including new treatments, regulations, and guidelines.
- Use a variety of communication channels, including print and digital media, to effectively communicate complex scientific information to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, marketing, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across all materials.
- Review and provide feedback on materials developed by other team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to provide scientific and medical writing expertise and support.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Act as a subject matter expert on medical writing best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the medical writing team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Science, Medicine, Or Journalism.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Medical Writing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Trial Documentation.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
