  1. Write and edit scientific and clinical documents, such as manuscripts, protocols, study reports, and regulatory submissions, in compliance with company and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure accurate and timely communication of medical information.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of clinical data to support the development of accurate and impactful medical documents.
  4. Ensure all documents adhere to company and regulatory guidelines, including formatting, style, and content requirements.
  5. Review and provide feedback on documents written by other team members to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, guidelines, and regulations related to medical writing.
  7. Attend and participate in meetings and presentations to provide medical writing expertise and support.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential issues or discrepancies in medical documents.
  10. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of all written materials.
  11. Collaborate with external partners, such as medical communication agencies, to develop and finalize medical documents.
  12. Adhere to ethical and confidentiality guidelines in all written materials.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of processes and procedures related to medical writing.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of medical writing processes.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Medicine.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Scientific Information.

  • Excellent Writing Skills And Experience In Writing For A Variety Of Audiences, Including Healthcare Professionals And Patients.
