- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to medical writing.
- Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, adhering to strict timelines and meeting project goals.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to medical documents.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive medical information and adhere to all ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the quality of medical writing within the company.
- Mentor and train junior medical writers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Writing, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Scientific And Medical Terminology, Drug Development Processes, And Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Communication And Writing Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Scientific Information To A Diverse Audience.
Familiarity With Common Industry Software And Tools Used For Medical Writing, Such As Electronic Document Management Systems And Statistical Software.
