  1. Develop and write clear and accurate medical documents, including clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications.
  2. Ensure accuracy and consistency of scientific data and information in all written materials.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data and information for use in written documents.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance in all written materials.
  5. Edit and proofread medical documents to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of errors.
  6. Communicate complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences, including healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  7. Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to support the development of accurate and evidence-based medical documents.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of medical content.
  9. Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in medical writing.
  10. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide medical writing expertise and support to cross-functional teams.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and meet tight deadlines for document completion.
  12. Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with team members and stakeholders.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in medical writing practices.
  14. Represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In A Scientific Or Medical Field Such As Pharmacology, Biology, Or Medicine.

  • Strong Writing Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Producing High-Quality Medical And Scientific Content.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines And Industry Standards For Medical Writing, Including Fda Guidelines And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.

  • Experience In Clinical Research, With A Thorough Understanding Of The Drug Development Process And Clinical Trial Design.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Researchers, Clinicians, And Regulatory Experts.
