  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in assigned therapeutic areas.
  2. Serve as a scientific expert on Eli Lilly's products and provide accurate and up-to-date information to healthcare professionals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide scientific support for product development and launch activities.
  4. Conduct presentations and trainings on products and disease areas to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
  5. Attend medical conferences, symposiums, and other events to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.
  6. Identify and communicate insights from interactions with healthcare professionals to inform internal teams and influence future strategies.
  7. Act as a liaison between Eli Lilly and healthcare professionals, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding products and clinical data.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines and ensure compliance in all interactions with healthcare professionals.
  9. Support clinical trials and research activities by providing scientific expertise and guidance.
  10. Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and share with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  11. Represent Eli Lilly as a scientific expert in discussions with external stakeholders and at advisory boards.
  12. Travel to various locations within assigned territory to meet with healthcare professionals and attend events.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To A Variety Of Audiences.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, Preferably In A Medical Affairs Or Clinical Research Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development And Clinical Trial Processes.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Key Opinion Leaders And Other Healthcare Professionals.
