In this role, you will serve as a scientific expert and strategic partner to healthcare professionals, providing them with up-to-date medical and scientific information on our products. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, conducting medical education programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the launch and commercialization of our products.The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Pharmacy, PharmD, MD, or PhD degree in a relevant scientific field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Strong communication and presentation skills, a deep understanding of clinical research and data analysis, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment are essential for success in this role.   1. Serve as a scientific expert and strategic partner to healthcare professionals, providing them with up-to-date medical and scientific information on our products.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry.
  3. Conduct medical education programs to educate healthcare professionals on our products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch and commercialization of our products.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and communicate relevant information to the team.
  6. Utilize clinical research and data analysis skills to provide insights and support to healthcare professionals.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Eli Lilly and Company, representing the company and its values in all interactions.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Create and deliver presentations and trainings on our products for internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge on our products, therapeutic areas, and relevant medical and scientific literature.
  11. Attend and participate in medical conferences and events to network and showcase our products.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance the impact and effectiveness of the Medical Science Liaison role within the organization.
  14. Support the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  15. Mentor and train new team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Pharmd, Phd, Md)

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Industry Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Therapeutic Area And Disease State, Including Current Treatment Options And Emerging Research

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Establishing And Maintaining Relationships With Key Opinion Leaders And Healthcare Professionals In The Medical Community.
