Job Description

We are seeking candidates who possess a Doctoral degree in a life science field, along with at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. The ideal candidate will also have excellent presentation skills, a proven ability to build strong relationships, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.   1. Act as a scientific expert and liaison between Eli Lilly and Company and healthcare professionals to promote the understanding and use of our pharmaceutical products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to support product education and clinical research initiatives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals to gain insights and feedback on our products and the healthcare landscape.
  4. Develop and deliver presentations and scientific materials to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and nurses.
  5. Stay abreast of the latest scientific and clinical data related to our products and therapeutic areas, and communicate this information to healthcare professionals.
  6. Represent Eli Lilly and Company at scientific conferences, symposia, and other events.
  7. Provide scientific support to internal teams, including marketing, sales, and clinical development, to ensure alignment and consistency of messages.
  8. Support the development and execution of clinical trials by collaborating with investigators and study teams.
  9. Serve as a resource for internal and external stakeholders on scientific and medical information related to our products.
  10. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of interactions with healthcare professionals.
  11. Continuously assess and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Pharmacy, Medicine, Or Life Sciences.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research And Pharmacology, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Healthcare Professionals.

  • Prior Experience In A Medical Affairs Or Medical Science Liaison Role, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Opinion Leaders And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, With A Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Adapt To Changing Priorities.
