  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare industry.
  2. Serve as a scientific expert and resource for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, researchers, and patient advocacy groups.
  3. Provide medical and scientific support for the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products.
  4. Conduct in-depth scientific presentations and discussions with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  5. Stay current on scientific and medical advancements in the pharmaceutical industry and effectively communicate this information to stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address medical and scientific gaps and needs.
  7. Plan and execute educational programs and initiatives for KOLs and healthcare professionals.
  8. Represent the company at medical conferences, symposiums, and other events.
  9. Participate in the development of medical affairs strategies and plans.
  10. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with KOLs, including insights and feedback.
  11. Adhere to all relevant industry guidelines and regulations.
  12. Contribute to the company's mission of improving patient outcomes and making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Etc.)

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, Preferably In A Medical Science Liaison Role

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Clinical Research, Drug Development Processes, And Therapeutic Areas Relevant To Eli Lilly's Portfolio

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Healthcare Professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, And Internal Stakeholders

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Relationship Building And Management, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
